Crescent Real Estate partnered with Goldman Sachs Asset Management Private Real Estate to purchase a 7-story, 192,000 SF building in Uptown Dallas. This deal capitalized on not only the historic demand of Uptown Dallas but also the peak investment market of Dallas-Fort Worth.
