CoreDispo applies a thoughtful, in-depth approach, exploring multiple angles to best understand our client’s business, its goals, its employees and its influencers. We work to unveil and anticipate upfront any business sensitivities, parameters or issues, so that we can set realistic expectations for our client and its Board. We plan and conduct thorough investigative analysis with our client’s key stakeholders (business unit leaders, legal, HR, PR, finance, tax and marketing) and every key local resource and broker.

We do our homework in an effort to mitigate surprises from the market, qualifying competing local brokers and prospects. We work to assure that achievable transaction targets are set up-front, and we plan to deliver on those targets on the day the transaction closes – and beyond.
